One of the core values of this Practice is to provide individually tailored assistance to clients. The therapeutic approach taken is overall, a client-focused and integrative one. This means that different styles or modes of therapy are taken into consideration when working with clients. We work with people's strengths and abilities, and focus on well-being and psychological health.
