Charles Ruddock - Clinical Psychologist

Charles is Clinical psychologist who has been registered since 2002 working in mental health. Charles has worked in hospital, private practice, business settings, providing evidence based mental health support to individuals and groups. Charles has high level clinical skills in a range of mental health areas with a particular interest in:

• General psychological disorders

• Mental health issues associated with chronic health conditions

• Workplace injuries (physical and stress related)

• Coaching support of mental health wellbeing/improved performance

• Consulting services and training on mental health to business and community groups

Charles is trained in ACT, CBT, EMDR and is interested in finding individualised solutions to support mental health.
